Now Sharepoint Services 3.0 (I`m experienced in Sharepoint) shall be introduced and the existing content must be migrated.Has anyone here experience in such a migration and can share some knowledge how to do so? The most important part for me is the migration of the content-pages including the documents that are linked to from those content-pages. Those documents are in the same folders as the content-pages. Are there any tools available for doing so? Any help is really appreciated!

You may find it easier to get a copy of Expression Web and do the site with that instead of FP which is no longer supported by MS. Check out this thread If the site is mission critical to your company then get someone who knows what they're doing.
