Once they select the company they want i want the companies profile to prepopulate a form...other words their info to show up in a form on another page so they can rate that company from the form.

So the company name is in a drop down list that is populated from the database. 2. On select the form is submitted and the company name is sent as either a hidden form field or as a query string to the second page. 3. The second page captures the company name and uses it in the database query that pulls the company information from the database and into the form fields on that page.
