Precompiled code ??!!! - 5/13/2009 16:54:17
I paid to have a Ewebsite built, 6 monhs later nothing,
but a phone call ,"I am too busy too finish it ".But he did after talking to him-anyway, so parts of the site dont work or show bad links. I wanted to take a look under the hood and he complied all the files.He wont fix them either.
Question:
Can we Undo the compiled Files ?
Dont I have right to those files , I paid for them ?

Assuming you mean the files before they were compiled then it
depends on the contract you signed. If it says in the contract that you own the files after full payment then you do.

Well with luck, I talk to him yesterday and he agreed to give them to me.( if I dont sue Him).Like I told him, if you would fix the errors all would be cool..
He is great programer, (he is lazy)I wish I had his talents
