I do Article submission, Participate in [removed]SEO Forums, Social Bookmarking, regardless of this what you opt as most prominent and exclusive ones. Please don’t talk about directories here; I want to know the best answers from you guys.

Hmmm... cosmicblu claims to be 'Tony' from New York, but 'his' actions fit the profile of a strong seo spam push over the last year - location is actually India, link dropping within text content (link was deleted) and writes passable English. I'm just saying...

I just held a five-city webinar on social networking for national law firms. Included in the panel discussion were Blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others specific to the legal industry. We've seen a move away from RSS feeds to Twitter. Our blog (and those we build for clients) post directly to a database and automatically create an RSS feed entry. The RSS feed is monitored by Twitterfeed (not a Wordpress plugin that I am aware of, but easy to use never the less) and Twitterfeed posts to our Twitter account automatically. The Twitter account is never used for anything but blog posts, media releases, newsletters, etc. -- open a second Twitter account if you want to chat with friends. Here's the deal with Blogs--Douglas Quenqua reports in the NY Times (06/07/09) that according to a 2008 survey only 7.4 million out of the 133 million blogs the company tracks had been updated in the past 120 days. Richard Jalichandra, chief executive of Technorati, said that at any given time there are 7 million to 10 million active blogs on the Internet, with between 50,000 and 100,000 blogs generating most of the page views. So what does this mean for you? You need to become a subject matter expert (SME) on whatever you Blog about. Knitting, real estate, web design, whatever. Don't mix and match...one size does not fit all....stick with one subject. Blog at least once per week if possible. The content needs to be meaningful, relevant, and ORIGINAL. Open your blog for comments from readers. Follow Darren Rouse over on ProBlogger.com on Twitter and use his workbook to help you get started. Joined the Pro Blogger group on LinkedIn. Remember--it's ALL ABOUT ORIGINAL CONTENT.

quote:
ORIGINAL: TexasWebDevelopers The best sites are all about useful content...so become a "subject matter expert" (SME) and post good articles. Then use Twitterfeed to push the content automatically to Twitter; use RSS feeds (less useful for promotion than last year because of Twitter); be sure to give the user the ability to "retweet" from your site. Then, look at how your users are finding you by studying your analytics. If you are hitting a hot topic or have an incoming link from a respected source then use that to your advantage by writing a second, more informative, article and submitting that directly to your supporters. BTW, link spamming is frowned upon here. quote:

I know nothing about the inner workings of the internet. The goal is to bring the forum to the top of the page when a user types 'Spiritual Forum' into google. I would appreciate it if we could discuss the details of achieving this by starting at the very beginning and covering each step comprehensively and in sensible consecutive order. I would appreciate that very much.
