ORIGINAL: FirstD11 Hi every body, I'm confuse about this and I have question to you : if I'm using the same name between "site name" and "domain name". It is good or bad SEO plan ? it can influences my website to get a good ranking ? .. Could you give me more explanation if the same .. why ? and if not ..why ? thank you very much for all of you.... Hi FirstD11, When you say the "site name," are you talking about Frontpage's name for your site on your computer, being the same as your domain name (www.mydomain.com)? (assuming you're using Frontpage at all) If so, I don't think FP's "local" web name (on your computer) is even visible once your website is uploaded. It's just what FP calls it on your computer. On the other hand, if you're talking about having a website called "My Fantastic Website" and your domain name is myfantasticwebsite.com, I'm not sure if it would necessarily make a difference in itself. But if the words "my fantastic website" are highly searched-for keywords, then having them repeated on your site might help, simply because the repetition shows those words are important to the theme of your site. So I think the SEO factor would depend more on how sought after the web title's words are, rather than whether the title matches the domain. That's my guess, although maybe someone else here has different knowledge about it. That said, I wouldn't overdo any repetition (like every other sentence) or it could backfire on you and the search engines won't take you as seriously. Hope that helps. Starhugger
