I added h3 which is coded like h1 & 2. The text will not respond it shows in size, color and bold that I did not specify.

You've got some inline styling in the HTML itself: 
<font color="#F79646"><span style="font-weight: 400">


Remove these and the styles you've set in your stylesheet will show.

another thing in each h1,2,3 text is showing in Bold I do not have Bold in css.

They're bold by default.

Ok - the problem is a typo - you've got a "(" instead of a "{" at the start of the h3 rule.
