I have a form on a site I've done
www. happytailspetlodge.com -- the registration page

something is happening that I haven't run into before -- when you submit the form, instead of my confirmation page coming up (which it had been doing) instead a page comes up with this on it
"FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server's system log for more details. "
I have looked in several places - I don't remember making any changes to the form that would keep my confirmation page from coming up -- I confirmed that it is still the default page that should come up when someone hits the submit button, but clearly I'm missing something
