steveg -> Excel or VBA help required (7/9/2009 10:03:17)

I receive Excel spreadsheets from various clients. They should enter our customer number and their own client number. Often they get this wrong!![:(]
I would like to have a small macro or VBA module that will move down column a (not including the header cell) and change the cell content to our number (e.g. 3333) and then to move down column b (not including the header cell) and change the cell content to their number (e.g. 6666). I would like it to stop when it reaches a blank cell, as that would mean that we have reached the end of the client records.
I guess this is easy for an expert but I am not familiar with Excel and I cannot achieve this with a recorded macro.
Any help is gratefully received.
