Display additional recordset information from a DRW query - 7/20/2009 14:15:06
I am using FrontPage 2003 and have set up an Excel Spreadsheet with contact information that is queried via a DRW to display partial recordset information (including a thumbnail photo) on an ASP page.
So far so good. This is where I run into difficulty.
I want to then be able to click on an individual name of one of the contacts on the resulting displayed list and have it take me to a new page that displays all the information for that one contact recordset as well as their photo. I can create a link from the field, but that displays the entire spreadsheet of recordsets rather than just the one I clicked on.

You will need to use a " hyperlink parameter" to capture the Unique ID of the record that you want to show. Below is a link to an Outfront Tutorial on how to do so in Frontpage.
