I find that Google helps enormously in such situations. ...or you could just set the style for the tables to have equal margins on each side using margins set at "auto" which will effectively centre the tables. For non-compliant browsers you may need to use a text-align center though as some older browsers don't play by the rules. You'll then need to left align the content of the cells though unless you want any text etc. to also be centred within the table.
