Then you have to upload the appropriate video file to YOUR server. Best to create a Flash file then link to that. You see --- it is more complicated then just embedding the Utube link on your site. Keep in mind also that letting viewers look at a video that you have on your server will use up lots of bandwidth and allocated gigs of downloads that your host provided. I personally would stick with Vimeo and use their embedded code. If you go to their paid version then they will give you the code that shows a snapshot of the video on your website with all the controls, start, stop, etc. with no advertising.
