Shared Borders Problem - 10/25/2009 20:21:58
After editing some code on one page named "Municipal" I must have disconnected the link because now the button in left shared border has turned into just text and does not function.
The other nine buttons in the shared border on this page (Municipal) have also lost their buttons also and have become just text but the link' s do work and the buttons are okay when you land on all the nine other pages.
I don't know how to edit and reconnect Municipal page and restore buttons:)

Since those buttons are gif images, the first thing I would do is look to see if they are in the directory that the code calls for. In your case, the images directory.
