Hi,

Good use of a smart template.

Couple of things - the bar on the right is out of synch on the home page. There's probably a very good reason but why are you limiting your scope of work to your local area? Have you got a couple of examples to put up for prospective clients to look at? Is the search function really necessary?

Best of luck with the business.

Cheers
Andy

Well, All I see at first is a blank page with a very small "enter>>>". Any reason you want to make visitors have to work to see your site?

After I clicked the enter - The site is very nice. Good use of the template.

Good Luck...

I agree with GIl about the 1st page. I do not like having to click to go to a website.

The thing that concerned me was that you do not have meta tags for key words or description. Metas help with traffic.

I don't have flash installed, Personaly I have't been impressed with them, give me the steak not the sizzle, (old sales saying, Sale the sizzle, give them the steak).

Monthly Special - being in sales for 15 years, I love specials, you must include a time type element which you didn't do, "The Delmarva Web Design Shop is offering its first five clients who "sign up" for service a free, customized Domain Name for one year" When's it over? The first five by when, You need to set a date. Only you will know if five people got the special. BIG Point, if it doesn't cost you anything give it to everyone, if they ask they are number five, they slipped in just barely. If they don't ask tell tham "oh, by the way, you also will recieve a "BLANK" for being our 5th one this week. Makes you sound busy.

It also makes it seam that you don't have any clients and the first five that you do get will be a test bed of sorts. You also need to tie a value into the offer. Whats a web name worth?? you must tell them. If it's only a couple of bucks, how cares, if it worth thousand everyone cares.

You want to make the percieved value greater than the actual value. If you sell something that sounds like it's worth hundreds you won't have a problem getting the dollars for it.

In the how expensive part of the FAQ page. I would say that we tailor our cost to the project, and ask them to contact you, which brings me to the contact information.

Do you really need all of that stuff. What you really need is a Name, phone, e-mail. I quit filling out all those forms. If I can't leave only a name, number and e-mail and have to give address, date of birth, mother maidan name, I leave without trying their service. I would also add a e-mail link to all of the areas in the FAQ.

On the first question change the last sentance to the first. Why, because all of your clients are the most important, put it at the start and than read it. The main focus is that you "Giving customers the best service at a reasonable rate is the number one interest of the Shop."

I hope my site will look as clean as yours when I'm done.

Just my thoughts.

You know what they say about free advice?

It's FREE.
