You will probaly need to be more specific. 1. What computer? 2. What software? 3. How many connections need access? That sort of thing, I can't help myself, but could use some of the answers. Sorry about that...the second sentence in my post was supposed to be a link. Just as well though, as my plan has changed since then. I'm currently designing with FP2002 on a PC (no server) to publish on a UNIX-based server running mySQL. I will be using custom Perl/CGI scripts to handle DB processing. My original question may be moot with this setup; i.e. the scripts should handle the DB connection themselves. But anything else I need to know/look out for while designing around the scripts in FP will be helpful.
