Regarding .jpg in Autoshapes - 12/27/2001 18:09:39
Hello:

In Frontpage 2002, I used the "Autoshape" tool and then filled it with a .jpg as part of a border. The .jpg is 4KB. When I tested it on my computer, all was fine. When initially placed on server and checked with a computer on its network with a T1 line, all was fine. When initially checked back home on my computer using my dial up modem, the "Autoshape" appeared but no .jpg fill. Now, after indexing the site over the weekend, even the computer on the network with a T1 line shows the "Autoshape" but no .jpg fill. I am curious as to what sinister things are happening and how can it be remedied. I wouldn't think that a 4KB .jpg would be too big, and also, I have all .jpg's in the image folder when sent to server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nancy

Unfortunately I don't think the autoshape feature has been used very successfully.

Although nice in theory, it seems the image would work best if done in a graphics and inserted as a regular image.
