Interesting concept for the popup... makes sense, but thank goodness I actually read it. I usually blow off popups...

Interesting business.....nice looking site.

I tried refreshing the site, but got nothing but blanks.... are you working on that site as we speak?

Wish I had more time to explore it...perhaps later.

Cheers

very slow, I have basic DSL. I like the popup for whats comming. Too slow to make any real progress. The blue on gray is kinda hard to read, remember the color blind people, I'm not one but I had trouble with 800X600 19" monitor. Would be harder with a higher res.

Just my thoughts

Thanks all for the input. I work it offline now a day, and FTP it up, since I dont have to publish it. I didnt really like the pop-up part myself. But it is easy to kind of let people know what up sometime. I dont always use it, but thanks. The color shade I will have to change thou. But as for now, I dont have an ideal color for the site yet. Still looking at it. That one just came out of the blue..

My only beef would be the use of frames for your menu at the bottom. Would an include page accomplish the same thing? Lots of people really hate frames.

You also might want to create a graphic for the logo. Not everyone will have the font you used (Mistral?)

All I see is:

This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them.

There's nothing wrong with frames as long as you have an alternate for people who prefer not to see them (or can't see them.)

Normally, frames are not worth the trouble of making a secondary navigation or the other wrinkles they throw your way.

I see!!! Now I think I started something. HMMMM... I would say you guys & Gals are right about the frame page. Originally I didnt like the frame part. I like the cascading links like the example format below here

- Mainlink1
|-sublink1
|-sublink2
+Mainlink2
+Mainlink3

Just like that, but the script I found so far, you'll have to buy them. But I want to learn to write it myself so I can customize it to my like.

As it happens I had to look at this on a low res screen on a slow connection. It was actually quite speedy. But for goodness sake lose that godawful frame set layout. To see what I mean try looking at it in a non-maximised window. yuk. i'm not sure I like the popup, I can see the rationale, in gact it's one of the few cases where I can a see there being a reason to have one. But lots of people hate 'em. Me included, btw, so yuo'll have to balance that against it's undoubted utility.

Strongly suggest that you post the link in the critiques forum, you'll get very good feedback there.

Kind regards,

Gorilla
