???Exec CGI Script??? - 7/13/2001 19:20:00
I'm trying to execute CGI script in the html file and having problem with it showing up on the page. Lost and confuse..The command line: \\// <!--#exec cgi="cgi-bin/show.cgi"--> Please help

I do have the right path, The server admin gave that to me.. the other part of the program goes fine. But when I tried to run that cgi it do nothing.Not unless I put it at the wrong place in the html area..

That is an SSI call ( server side inclusion) To run SSI's the page needs to have a .shtml extension.Maybe thats your problem. Troy | www.aplustemplates.com

Do you get an error like page not found or something like that? Have you checked the permissions on the script?

I had changed the file ext to shtml. It did executed the script, But it did not show the picture.. Still confuse..See for yourself: httP://206.128.158.9/top.shtml
