It isn't the only way, but it is the best way if you have people downloading the file who don't have the same version of Word that you're using. As long as you know that the people who are going to download the file have Word and are using a version that is the same or above the one you're using, you could simply link to the .doc file. When they click on the link they will either be prompted to download the file, or it will launch Word and open the file for them. They could then save or print the form. You could also create a page with just the form on it. If you use a table to control the layout, it should print pretty close to how it appears on the screen. I would suggest testing the form on several different printers to see what results you get. I assume this form will be mailed or faxed back to you, correct?
