Creating tables with Draw table!! - 1/30/2002 1:01:18
Hi all, i'm new to creating tables as well as Frontpage 2000 so here goes a nother newbie question. When i use the Draw Table Tool to create a table, how do i get the cursor to return to the top of the page? The cursor seems to stay half way down the table i created, i cannot cut or paste text or pictures to where i want them to go.

Thank you for your help!!!

Instead of using draw table, IMHO it's better to use Table > Insert Table. You can change the table and cell properties by right clicking on them, or if you have Views > Toolbar > table selected you can use this for many settings. What you need to do for insert the text and having it at the top is to change the cell properties > vertical alignment > top ...or "align top" on the table toolbar.

Tip: don't set a height for tables or cells and never drag the edges... that can cause problems in some browsers. Change the table/cell properties instead of dragging cells.
