I recently purchased frontpage to develop a website to promote video editing business. My question is: What is the best way to insert a 3 minute video in my website? I tried insert video and the estimated download time was like 30,000 seconds! Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Have you actually tried inserting it and then saving it and previewing it? The download time may not be as long as Front Page really says. I have seen it before....

Hi,

What format is the saved video feed? You may look at alternatives to the format you are using to reduce the file size.
