Search Results - 2/4/2002 10:53:53
Will someone look at this. I am stumped. Go to this site and look up Kansas. It says 6 total pages, but my search results will not go past page two. I have two other websites on the same server that act this exact same way. I am thinking it has to do with some funky permissions. Any help or ideas would be great thanks. http://www.pipelinetesting.com/collectionsitesearch2.asp

What happened is our server went down, so I reinstalled all from backup. I tried to re-cal hyperlinks already and had no such luck. Anything else. Thanks for the time thus far.

Yeah, what does that detect and repair thingy do and why is it in help? I'm afraid to test on anything of mine because I don't want anything to get broken... All this to change a number into a name...

No help or ideas here, but I will point out that if you click on the >| button to goto the last record, it does skip all the pages and goes to Page 6. But if you click the < button to go back one page, it goes all the way to page 1. Pretty strange... I try to think, but it hurts....

Ya, I have tried everything. I do not know if it has something to do with the Form properties of Frontpage or if it a "Permissions" Issue with some file that FrontPage uses. Like I said all of my webpages on that server act in that behavior.

The first thing I would check, is that the server extensions are the later version, and also the MDAC is upgraded to the current version (2.7) There is an odity with the way the DRW handles the paging, in that the session variable doesnt allow the search to reset. I think yours may be a different problem however. §þððk¥ Database / DRW Q & A VP-ASP Shopping cart Spooky Login
