Revamping my old geocities site to Frontpage http://www.speedwayarchives.com I've still to iron out text problems on index page, see beginners thread. See any other problems?

I looked at your site using Microsoft XP, IE 6.0. Modem speed at 28.8 kbps at 56K. Wow - your site loaded fast, with my looking at it in the U.S.A.! Perhaps the Tripod hosting? Please see my other response on this posting as to "Ready for a test-drive", I hit no errors with your site. Pages, as mentioned, loaded extremely fast and no cookie warnings. Has Tripod improved that much since the Tripod/Lycos merger? I moved my website from Tripod to www.rootsweb.com during the merger - giving-up FrontPage 98 server extensions for customer support. There was no support during the merger - I went for three months with my website down at Tripod/Lycos, - thus the move. I miss the server extensions supported by Tripod, but I also face the task of notifying almost 1,300 alumni that my gypsy website will move once again. Personal feeling from your point of view - is Tripod/Lycos stable? Thanks,

Thanks guys, yes I've been told it looks a little strange in Netscape, I'll have a go at changing that. I changed from geocities to tripod only a month ago, mainly because it supported frontpage2002, for $4.95 a month you can have an ad-free site.
