Hi everyone, this is only my second post here, but I'm very glad I've found my way to these forums.

Anyhow, I have just updated a customer's website with some new graphics, and a new javascript menu bar, and I'm open to suggestions and comments.

The menu bar positioning looks great in IE5(+) on a Windows box, but in IE5 on a mac (OSX), the absolute positioning of the menu is completely messed up, and I don't know what I should do to adjust it. I also haven't even checked it in netscape yet.

Also - if you click on any menu items and leave that first page, it will take you to pages with the OLD navigation bar, as I've only implemented it on this one test page while I'm getting it working properly.

I really like the look of the new tabs. That will be a big improvement.

For some reason I can never navigate a site (any site) well that has the drop down and pop out menus. When I get ready to click I move just enough that I loose what I wanted to click on and have to go back through like it's a puzzle. That's not as big a problem with yours because you have some height to the links.

I know thats not much help, but I wanted to let you know the new tabs look much better.

For your navigation menu I would make a link to the file not put it on the page. There is way to much code in that thing for your page. I would put all that code into a text file and name it menu.js then link to it. Netscape is always the problem child. Go here to learn what you need. I say get a real browser for the net scape users. There is so little traffic from them I never bother with em. But for commercial purposes you need to.

I use IE5.0 and the bar was off set to the right so the last button was off the blue bar. The site was nice and well laid out. The navigation shoots off side bars for navigation too. You need to put a > sign there to show it goes one more box further like the photo gallery you can do like this Photo Gallery >
This lets the user know instead of the mouse over supprise.
