www.nlicf.org looks good. Personally I don't like the page transition effect. It takes up too much time, IMHO. Maybe use it once somewhere, but not for every link. On the Newsletter, you probably should increase the cell padding a little in the first table, the text is almost touching the border. Other than that it looks great, easy to navigate and works well.
www.aldwyngroup.com, I think the home page needs more of an explaination of the site rather than just repeating the links that are in the nav bar. Maybe put a nav bar across the bottom rather than just a "back to the top" link. I wouldn't put a hit counter on the page if I were doing it. Didn't have time to read the whole site, but what I saw looks good. Good job. Hope this helps some. Best regards.
