FP2000 searching my floppy for clipart (Full Version)

Da New Guy -> FP2000 searching my floppy for clipart (4/5/2001 22:18:00)

I am using FP2000 and whenever I try to search for clipart, it accesses my floppy drive and it takes more time than I want to waste (3 seconds or more ) so it is very annoying. Is there a way to make it stop looking in my floppy drive for clipart? I sure would appreciate it if you could help me with this. Thanx

Are you using What? Fp 2000? Fp 98? Word?

I just tried to recreate your problem in FP2000 but could not. It is possible that this is somehow set in the registry, but am not certain. Can you provide a few more details?

Is it possible that I may have tried to import some clipart to or from a floppy in the past to have caused this poblem? There has to be a reason why it is doing this. It also searches the floppy drive when I download any clipart from the web. C'mon guys I know ya can help me here. This is drivin' me nuts ( not a long drive in the first place :P )
I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter. A trivial problem, but I would really like to remove this annoyance. My wife and kids would appreciate it too... LOL.
