Server Error: FP XP - 2/5/2002 11:54:12
Server error: the server extensions were unable to access the file c:\phenn\webs\1nationtech.com\vti_pvt\service.lck. Please check the file permissions.
I went to the KB and did everything it said to do (deleting the .lck files, etc.) No Good. I cannot open a page to edit it, create a web, nothing. I'm loosing my hair over this one. PLEASE help if you can.

If you do a search of the forum "service.lck" , youll find a multitude of topics refering to service.lck
One of them may be the clue you need !
