I was going to say he/she was using a slide show JS but in the source they are calling rm files? I have no clue what a RM file is.

RM is the file extension for Real Player. To include a video, record and set it up as a Real Player or the Microsoft Media Player format. Some sites offer both so the user can choose. Just hyperlink to the file and will download.
