Hi,

I've redesigned my site from the ground up. Please visit and tell me the good and the bad.

Thanks!

Wow! Very attractive. I looked at all the pages and only have one little comment. The first link listed is prices. Don't you think it might be better to first sell them on needing a website(Why?), then sell them on needing one by you (Portfolio) Then tell them about your reasonable prices? I'm sure they'll want to contact you!

Hi Dan,
I think it's great. Really like the colors, very functional and loaded fast for me. Agree with what EWD said. I didn't see anything I would change. I've been working with an old friend who is a Realtor on a site for her so I've been looking around a lot at designers that specialize in RE. The only thing I might suggest is including a little more on RE specific features, like Mortgage 101, MLS listings, school info, etc. My experience (limited) with RE agents so far, it seems that's what they are looking for. Just my 2 cents. Great work! Best of luck.

Clean, very easy on the eye, fast loading!

You may want to re-consider using the splash screen. It looks great, but I understand there are some real issues on their use. I'm no expert on the matter, but I read an article on the subject (trying to find it for you) and it cited several issues from browser compatibity to search-engine confusion. I'll send you the article when/if I find it.

Thanks for everybody's input. I'll think about the pricing link change. I will probably end up changing the order of the links.

As far as the splash screen goes, I think I'll keep it for the time being. I have just started to use flash and I wanted to showcase a little of what is possible for client's sites. The "enter" is a text only link so there should not be much of a problem for spiders to enter the site. I may change it in the future, though.

Thanks again,

Dan
