Hmmm...I personally like the navagation flash bit on the homepage -- actually much better than the pages that follow. I thought it was pretty cool how it worked. You said 'speak your mind' - ya'll need to try water - tastes great!

Looked at your site using XP with IE 6.0, modem speed at 28.8.
Pages loaded fast. Your homepage however was not centered. I was unable to get to the right-side links on your circle. I liked the effect however.
Personally, I thought the content was funny, but my wife felt differently. You may want to add a disclaimer to the homepage as to what follows.

Gil - If you get a blank page thats a problem with the Flash bit - the site owner decided against a non flash page.

Some of the humor is funny. However I would not want my daughter to read some of it.
Site flows pretty well. Loaded fast.
The blue that is around everything - I do not care for - but that is me.

Ehm - the jokes are varied I admit - whats the best way to keep the jokes there cause Alcohol is fairly adult orientated anyway! Will a disclaimer do or would this be useless as people will just skip past it - or a ratings sytem - 18's only etc!

My husband and I almost died laughing at some of those pick up lines. Too funny.
I think the design is nice overall. The bright blue is a little too bright for me as well, but this is probably only an issue at higher resolutions or on big monitors though. Personally, I think the home page would look nicer in a little darker blue as well.
I think what everyone is talking about on the homepage is that if someone doesn't have the flash player installed (because of a firewall or something...) then they can't get to your site because they just see a blank screen. It's always a good idea to have at least a "next" link or some sort of regular html navigation somewhere on the page for them.
