After making a website with front page is their an option to save all pages and images you created in a folder so that you can save on a cd for back up.Also can I use an wsftp_le program to upload the site.

It's best to publish a web to a server that has Frontpage extensions installed. If you don't have that option, you will need to use an ftp program.

The easiest way to back up is to publish the web to the cd.
