Trancparency to FrontPage 2000 - 3/5/2002 10:15:33
I have created circular radio buttons in Photoshop and I use relative positioning to place them over an existing image in FrontPAge 2000, however I have that hidious white square around my circular button. How do I bring it from PhotoShop into FrontPage so that the square is transparent or clipped? Any ideas? Bootang!!!

save it as a gif from photoshop with a transparency. (Make sure you use indexed colors to get the transparancy to work). Gary Ready Page Graphic Design www.ready-page.com

I tried your suggestion, but no dice. I Did a Save for Web as a gif with pic being indexed color and checked transparency box but I still gave me a white background when I brought it into FrontPage. Am I doning something wrong? Any other ideas? Bootang!!!

Did you select the white as the transparency color when you saved it as a gif? Or, use the magic wand and select the white and leave the white selected while you save as gif and it should make that transparent. Or, if you created it on a tranparent background, select the area outside of the image and do the same as above. Any of these should work. Gary Ready Page Graphic Design www.ready-page.com

May be a silly question, but when you saved it, did you select the white area as the area you want to be transparent? Or, once in FP, did you use the transparent tool to try to remove it? ------- ~~Before you critisise someone, first walk a mile in their shoes -- That way, when you do critisise them, you're a mile away and have their shoes.
