PWS IIS FP errors - 3/6/2002 13:06:47
I really need help!!! I got a new computer xp pro - reinstalled FP 2k (it asked for prev version, so put in 98 and installed it - 1st mistake) anyway, got fp2k installed, and then opened fp, opened my previously designed webs on the internet (tripod) and published them to http://localhost - can change and upload them fine...however, when I try to file/new/web and then try to publish...can't do it..says bad parameter is being passed to server extensions... can't get anywhere with this...ANY HELP? also...I don't know if I have IIS or PWS or whatever installed...need some real help here!

If you have XP pro, then it is highly likely that you IIS 5.1 running. Hopwever, as I do not use frontapge, nor it's server extensions, I cannot help you any further on this issue...at this time. I will investigate this for you and get back to you as soon as I find anything of relevance.
