You need to do some work on your table sizes. I'm getting a huge side-to-side scroll and noticed that you have one of your tables widths set at 1063, another at 141%, etc. It all looks pretty random and when you're using percentages, your math doesn't add up in many cases.
I would also get rid of the majority of your borders. You have empty cells with borders around them and it doesn't look good.
Your drop-down menu is superimposed over your text (I'm viewing with Netscape 4.79). I don't know anything about drop-down menus so can't tell you how to fix it.
Your bookmarks on the English Facts page aren't working.
Sorry, I didn't have time to look through the entire site. I'd start with the tables, though, as it's a pretty major issue.
