Use of Acrobat and FrontPage - 3/11/2002 6:35:58
Hope someone can assist with this dilemma! I've just acquired Adobe Acrobat 5.0, and have converted a medical form to Acrobat. On my website, I'd like folks to click on the marker (see webpage:

http://www.ymcacamp.net/medical_form.htm

and then be able to access and print the Acrobat format of the medical form.
Question: How do I accomplish this?
Where do I have to place the file containing the Acrobat version of the form? At present, I have the file located on my C drive on my home computer.

When I make changes to the website, changes are made directly on the server, so somehow I have to place this Acrobat file where outside users can access it, too. Do I place the file somewhere in FrontPage? Help!

Peanut,

All you should have to do is link to the file. If the person has Acrobat reader installed on thier computer then it will open the pdf and they can print it from there. If they dont have it installed put a link to adobe's download page or download a copy of the reader package to be downloaded from your site. You can put the file pretty much anywhere in the web you want. Just import it and make a link.

create a folder on the web server that is called FILES or something like that...highlight the newly created folder, import your PDF file to it and then hyper link to it....
