Hi Herman,

Looks good to me, although I personally find a sans-serif font, such as verdana or arial, cleaner and easier to read, but that's just my personal opinion.

The other thing is that in Netscape, the column between your rounded corners on the right is showing up blue instead of white.

If I were you I would include pools (plural) in your meta tags.

Good job...

it works for me! I agree with ginnie - I prefer verdana or ariel, they just seem a little easier on the eyes.

All in all though a nice, smart site

Herman,

Ditto on the font. Your site is 'rounded' and the Times New Roman has such sharp edges...it just doesn't seem to fit...I think the Verdana would be perfect.

Also, if you redo the logo with a new font, you may want to consider a different color than the red. It's kinda harsh on the eyes. Maybe white with a solid border around the letters. Just my personal opinion on that one.

Altogether, a great site. Easy to use and follow, great detail, and clean. Nice job.

Herman,
Ordinarily I would agree about the red on a darkish background being hard on the eyes, but I don't think it's bad here since it's a title and you don't have to look at it long to read. Since you're using the red on white for other headings, I think it matches well. Just my opinion. The site looks good and is easy to navigate. Good job!

Hi Herman- on this page: http://www.wwwebdesignz.com/linerslarge.htm the topright image is pointing to your D drive. Somehow going through your site I spawned three new windows. Didn't like that part but the rest looks good. Let me add my opinion to the others who suggest verdana as the font. I just don't like Times NR on the web. You kept it simple. Good job.

Thank you all for your suggestions - I acted on them and changed the font to Verdana.

Please take another look...

Could you point these out - I think I got one of them.

Kind Regards,
Herman

The Verdana looks great...big improvement for such a small change.

Also, the width of the site changes from page to page. It's probably due to fixed widths of cells. People just seem to like consistency.

Otherwise...looks fantastic.
