web site access - 3/13/2002 11:42:50
Hi.......... I'm not sure if this is a "Front Page" question or not..........but I'm really stuck so I'll ask!!

My web site (cake decorating) http://www.candylandcrafts.com/ is all done with FP2000 & has been working just fine. A customer has been trying to access the site, for a couple of days, and reports this:

"I cannot even read the screen all the colors and words are jumbled together to make a weird mess. There are color streaks going across the screen"

I know the web site is working OK because many other people are accessing it all day.

Is it possible that it's something to do with her browser, or something on her computer that interferes with Front PAge/HTML etc??? Any ideas??

Thank you!

Hi, Joe -

I checked it in IE5.5, NN4.75, and NN6.2 with no problems. To try to narrow down any possible problem, as her if she is using Windows or a Mac, which version (Win95, WinXP, whatever) and what type of browser. In her browser under "Help", have her go to "About" to find what version it is.

The other question I would ask is what other websites she goes to and how do they look?
