Yes. I have seen it both ways: link indexing or link management. I want to have a section on my website for fitness related links, such as certifications, health clubs, etc. I would love my site to eventually be a semi portal for sports & fitness careers. Anyway, link managers would help you organize them into categories, subcategories, etc. I could write it myself, but haven't wanted to spend the time.

Hi, Did anyone find a free link management program that works well? I've tried to install one from Developers Domain and have gotten as far as the password, but cannot get it open beyond that. Anyway, I figure there must be a better way than doing it one at a time and I know there are some commercial things out, but can't invest in one just yet.
