Thanks tarheel, I might try that. Yes caywind I published my sight on Geocities. (The site will eventually go on another company server) I created a forms page where people will be inputing information, and upon hitting the submit button I wanted the information to be sent via email. When I try to set that up and upload to the sever, the "submit" and "reset" buttoms have no effect at all. That's when I decided to try to set up my own personal web server. Right now, I get this error message when I try to set up the "where to store results" in the "form properties". --------------------------- Microsoft FrontPage --------------------------- This form is being created on a Disk-Based Web or the FrontPage Server Extensions have not been configured to send e-mail. Please direct your system administrator or Internet Service Provider to the instructions in "Setting up E-mail Options on Windows" or "Setting Up E-mail Options on UNIX" in the Server Extensions Resource Kit. If you do not have the Server Extensions Resource Kit, you can find it at http://www.microsoft.com/frontpage/wpp/serk. Would you like to remove the e-mail recipient? --------------------------- Yes No --------------------------- I've never tried editing the page on the server, don't know if I can do it on Geocities…..I guess I'll find out. I'm going to try and install the FrontPage server extensions next. I'm sure I'll have many more questions as I go along. Dave-O
