Very attractive, except for the scrolling text on the home page. The bullets would look better without the white around them. I was supprised that the buttons changed onClick instead of onMouseover. I found it uncomfortable that the blue lines side and bottom didn't meet. All opinion kind of stuff. It's really a beautiful site.
I see now the buttons do change on hover. I like the drop down menu too. Very nice.

I'm getting a bit of side-to-side scroll at 800 x 600 resolution and a Not Found error on the "Exchange" button on your menu. I really like the colors and layout.
