typing on a set curve - 4/3/2002 17:44:13
does anyone know of a feature in any program that lets you define the typing line for the characters. normally this line is straight... i'm looking to have a line in which i can set the curve, so i can type and it will follow that curve... any ideas?

J-man, Most upper end graphics programs let you put text to curves. Type the text, draw the curve and connect the two. It would have to be used as a graphic in the web site. In PSP once you have the text on the curve you can add text but a lot of additional text will not fit unless you increase the size of the curve. Is this what you are referring to? Paula

yes its kind what i'm refering to but now picture being to adjust the the curve with teh text on it to get different character efeccts... so you are moving the line and viewing in real time the line changes... it seems like you can do a lot to text, write in 3d do the curve idea mentioned above.. i was looking to see if anyone knew of a program that caters to the bending of text.
