Usage Reports - 4/7/2002 18:36:25
I use a hosting company to host my site. Thre tell me that all the FP2002 extensions have been installed, but when I try to use the usage reports, it tells me that my web page is'nt on a server that supports FP extensions, did I miss somthing. Can you only use the usage reports if you host on your own server? Thanks

How cool is that? I learn something new everyday. The response was: running Apache/1.3.19 (Unix) FrontPage/5.0.2.2510 mod_ssl/2.8.3 OpenSSL/0.9.6b on Linux. I guess that means that they are using FP extensions. What else could be the problem? Thanks Again

I'm going to take a guess and say that some of the 2002 extension things don't work with Linux/Apache and that the usage reports are one of them? I haven't actually memorized the list or it's location, I saw a link to it here... ( Most ISP's provide access the raw logs and you can get way better stats from those). If you have access to the account control panel... Link from MS here...give this to the ISP? http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q289465 <spellcheck> </spellcheck>
