Setting up IIS with Frontpage - 4/8/2002 13:57:34
I recently installed IIS from my windows XP disk and it seemed to install the FP ext's and I know I have a default web page. But I want to be able to log onto frontpage remotely from another computer and work on my site. When I click File/Open Web in FP 2002. I enter my domain name... it gives me a username/password prompt...but I didn't set up a password...I don't really know how to do it...CAn anybody help?????

I too have the same problem except I'm running IIS on 2000 server and get asked for user name and password and I'm using the one for the domain admin but it won't work.
Please help.

P.S. There should be a articale how to setup IIS with Frontpage ext from the start. (lol)
