i have been using ftp but every one says i should publish anyone know of any free publishing sites i dont wana pay

Yahoo Geocities, Lycos, etc. are free. Try catalog.com if you just want to pay $35 to register. Keep in mind... as with most things in life, you get what you pay for with hosting.

Free hosts are worth what you pay for them. They are meant for personal web pages not for "real" web sites.

Publish with Frontpage if you want the rollovers or other interactive functions to work.
