Yes, these are templates. I am color blind and it is frightening for me to try and match colors.

Nice and clean. My only suggestion is on the okchelpdesk site. The italics at the top of each page have the jaggies.
I thought the The helpdesk site was well organized and gave the information it should.

Hello,
This is just a preference thing but I would border the photos on the http://www.okrf.org site.
Again just a preference but I think it looks more organized and cleaner that way.
