Firstly, congragulations on a well designed layout, it is clean, simple and the information is easy to find.
For me, there are two minuses: I donīt like the repeated graphic next to the menu items, I would either find an appropriate graphic for each item (make them the same size) or just use 3D bullets, you can find loads on the web.
Secondly, I think the text should be justified. On text-heavy sites this gives a more professional look.
Look after #1 and donīt step in #2.
