With your form page open in FP, right click inside the form, go to form properties and set the email to your AOL address. When you click ok, FP will probably tell you that it is a disk-based web and won't work, and will ask if you want to remove the email address. Say no, don't remove it. When you upload the page to a server with FP extensions, the form will work fine and send the results to you in email.
Be sure you publish the from from FP, and don't FTP it.
