webfolder/excell file? - 4/28/2002 8:20:49
We have a client that has a website. They want to add a password protected file that contains an Excell file. They want to be able to upload and download from it. They want 12 people to be able to access it. They do not have frontpage. Is a wwebfolder the best option? Is there a better one? Any idea's? Thanks Erin Edited by - erinatkins on 04/29/2002 07:52:41

You could simply password protect the excel file. File/save as/tools/general options. If someone downloads the file that doesn't have the password, they won't be able to open it. Hope this is helpful. Swirl Diplomacy is the art of letting someone have your way.

Swirl, Can I say duh. I did not think of that. I was getting more complicated than I needed to be. Thanks Erin
