If you are using a shared border for a javascript you have 2 chioces:1. You put the part of the script that goes in the <head></head> section into the head of the main page and the body part into the shared border - this is because the <head></head> part of a shared border is ignored.
2. You put both the part that would normally go in the <head></head> bit into the body of the shared border along with the code that normally goes in the body.
In either case to open the files just click File>Open and you will see a folder called 'borders' - they are in there.
