I have recently created my first website and I have put in a feedback form. However I don't know how to access any replies. The replies should be in a .txt file but i haven't a clue how to find them. Can anybody help !!!!

Hi,

View the HTML code for that page and it will show you where the *.txt file is located.

You should have something that looks close to this on the page...

S-Builtin-Fields U-Confirmation-Url="thankyou.htm" -->

U-File="" is where the path to the text file is located at.

Thanks for the help on locating the .txt file name. I assume that I now access the server and locate the file to find my form data????

Hi,

I would try FTP and on the server go to the directory that has that file. Download it to your PC. One note do not "push" the file back to the server as you will loose any data collected inbetween.

Thanks Brian for your help. I have managed to get the feedback .txt from the server.....
