Pirated Our DNS - 5/14/2002 22:16:57
Currently running client's site at VitalStream. Client canceled service from HostCentric last August (she has email confirmation). Two days ago without authorization, HostCentric redirected DNS back to their site and shut down service.
Does client have a legal remedy. What can I do to get client back in service and teach HostCentric a lesson.

little confusion...
who owns the URL? was it registered through HostCentric? What diplomatic steps have you tried? Unbelievably, and more common than you would think, hosts do make mistakes, maybe someone just typed something in wrong...
